• Proof of address (POA)

The proof of identity (POI) document must meet the following criteria:

• The full name must match exactly with the name registered on your Vantage account.
• The date of birth must indicate the applicant is 18 years or older.
• The document must be valid and not expired.
• The document must include a clear, official photo of the account holder.
• Both sides must be submitted if it’s a double-sided or multi-page document.
• All four edges of the document must be visible.
• The image must be high-quality, clear, and legible.
• The document must be officially issued by a government authority

Acceptable proof of identity documents include:

• ID
• Residence Permit
• Driver license

*Document must be government-issued and include your full name, date of birth, photo, and expiry date.

• Photo
• Scan
• Photocopy (all corners must be visible)

• .jpg
• .jpeg
• .png
• .pdf

The proof of address (POA) document must display:

• The full name must match exactly with the name on the proof of identity document
• The residential address must be clearly shown (PO Box if the address is in full can be accepted).
• The issue date must be within the last 6 months.
• All four edges of the document must be visible.
• The document must be high-quality, clear, and legible.
• The document should be displayed in multi-colour.

Acceptable proof of address documents include:
 

• Bank statement
• Utility bill (gas, electricity, water, phone, internet)
• Other Official Government-Issued Letters
